Origins
Spiritual
Survivors was founded in 2004 in response to the social epidemic
of sexual abuse and the lack of support being provided for survivors.
Our group aimed to specifically address the spiritual nature
of human existence and the interruption that takes place in
our spiritual development when abuse occurs.
We operate with a group leadership style, encouraging each member
to take responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the
process.
The
group is best suited to those who have already worked with a
highly qualified therapist concerning their abuse and are looking
to complement that work with a group experience that offers
a spiritual outlook.

MEETINGS/CONFIDENTIALITY
We
are a Denver based group meeting twice a month. We
provide a safe and welcoming environment for new and
returning members and confidentiality is at the core
of our group. Both males and females are welcome and
we feel members are enriched by the insight each gender
